• The property and its contents must not be used for any unlawful or commercial purposes.

Smoking, Vaping & Candles

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property under any circumstances.
• A designated outdoor area may be used if available – please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
• For safety reasons, candles and open flames are not allowed.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been granted.
• If approved, guests are responsible for ensuring pets are well-behaved and that all areas remain clean and undamaged.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Please keep the property tidy during your stay.
• Report any damage, faults, or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
• Do not move large furniture or fixtures without prior consent.
• Before check-out, please ensure all rubbish is placed in the bins provided.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. (self check-in available).
• Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Late check-outs may incur additional fees if not pre-arranged.

Damages & Charges

• Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure may result in charges in line with our property policies.

Safety & Security

• Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the property.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your booking party.
• The property may have external security cameras for safety purposes, never in private areas.
